Device Data (MAC Address)

We collect the unique Media Access Control (MAC) address of your TV or device. This is strictly used to identify your device in our database and check if a valid license key is active.

Payment Data

We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe. We DO NOT store credit card numbers. All financial data is processed directly by our secure payment providers.

Contact Info

If you purchase a license or contact support, we collect your email address to send you the activation receipt and respond to your inquiries.

Technical Log Data

We collect IP addresses for security purposes (Anti-Fraud and Firewall protection) to prevent DDoS attacks and unauthorized access.

2. Zero-Log Policy on User Content

Important: We respect your privacy regarding what you watch.

Unlike other services, we do NOT monitor, log, or store the content of your streams.

  • We do not track which channels you watch.
  • We do not verify the content of the playlists you upload.
  • The "Manage Playlist" feature temporarily processes your M3U URL to sync it with your device, but we do not analyze the video content within it.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect primarily to:

  • Activate License: To verify your MAC address and unlock the App features.
  • Process Payments: To facilitate secure transactions via PayPal/Stripe.
  • Fraud Prevention: To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions (e.g., stolen credit cards) and protect our legal rights.
  • Customer Support: To respond to your tickets regarding technical issues.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners.

We may disclose your information only in the following situations:

  • By Law: If required by legal process, applicable law, or to protect the safety of our rights (e.g., responding to a court order).
  • Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties like PayPal (for payments) and Mailgun (for email delivery).

We retain your MAC address and license status as long as your subscription is active.

Inactive Data: If you use the Free Trial and do not purchase a license, we may delete your MAC address and associated settings from our database after 90 days of inactivity to maintain system performance.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights:

  • The right to access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
  • The right to deletion: You have the right to request that we delete your personal data (e.g., remove your MAC address from our database). Note that this will deactivate your license.
