Terms of Service

CRITICAL LEGAL NOTICE

IPTV Lbbe Player is strictly a software media player application.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE, HOST, SELL, OR DISTRIBUTE ANY PLAYLISTS, CHANNELS, STREAMS, OR VIDEO CONTENT.

The application is provided "empty" (Empty Shell). You are solely responsible for the content you upload and watch. We have absolutely no affiliation with any third-party content providers.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the IPTV Lbbe Player website and application operated by Lbbe Studio ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Nature of Service (Software License)

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable Software License to use the IPTV Lbbe Player application features.
  • The activation fee applies solely to the unlocking of the media player functionality on your specific device (identified by MAC address).
  • You are NOT purchasing any video content, subscriptions to channels, or access to any streams.

2. Digital Delivery Policy (No Shipping)

Intangible Goods: This is a purely digital service. No physical product (box, CD, manual) will be shipped to your address.

By purchasing our license, you agree to the following delivery terms:

  • Instant Delivery: The service is delivered instantly via electronic activation on our servers.
  • Proof of Delivery: The activation record in our database (timestamped with your MAC address and IP) serves as the legal Proof of Delivery.
  • No Tracking Number: Since there is no physical shipment, no postal tracking number will be provided.

3. Refund Policy (Strict No-Refund)

Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

By clicking "Pay" and completing the transaction, you acknowledge that the service (License Activation) begins immediately. Consequently, you expressly WAIVE your right of withdrawal or "cooling-off period" (EU Consumer Rights Directive) once the activation has been processed.

We do NOT issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • User changed their mind: Since we offer a Free Trial period (14 days), you had ample time to test the application before purchasing.
  • Content/Playlist Issues: Buffering, freezing, empty playlists, or missing channels are issues related to your Content Provider or Internet Connection, not our App. We are not responsible for 3rd party content.
  • Device Incompatibility: It is your responsibility to test the App on your device during the Free Trial.
  • Wrong MAC Address: If you provide the wrong MAC address during payment, the license cannot be transferred or refunded once activated on our server.

4. Payments, Chargebacks & Fraud

We take fraud seriously to protect our business and legitimate customers.

  • Unauthorized Chargebacks: If you open a dispute (Chargeback or "Item Not Received") with PayPal or your Bank for a valid transaction, we reserve the right to permanently ban the MAC Address associated with that transaction and blacklist your IP address and Email from future use.
  • Stolen Cards: Transactions made with stolen credit cards will be reported to relevant authorities (Interpol / Local Police), and the device will be blocked immediately.
  • Evidence: In the event of a dispute, we will provide the payment processor with server logs proving the digital activation of your specific MAC address and your usage of the Free Trial prior to purchase.

5. User Responsibilities & Content Copyright

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

  • Stream or distribute content that violates the copyright laws of your country.
  • We do not have any control over the content uploaded by the user. If we receive a DMCA takedown notice or a report of illegal activity associated with your MAC address, we reserve the right to suspend your license without refund.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IPTV Lbbe Player from any legal claims arising from your use of illegal content.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lbbe Studio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. MAC Address Transfers

The license is tied to the hardware MAC address of the device. We do not support transferring licenses from one device to another (e.g., if your TV breaks or you buy a new one). A new license must be purchased for a new device.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
